Thanks for the advice...I need a Realtor available wee hours on Sunday morns to knock out alot of houses in one shot.

Ray Petralia -- He lives in the neighborhood. He's patient and willing to work with people -- always quick to point out what is wrong with a property, and only wants to make sure you end up in a house that fits you well. i have referred several friends to him who have had an equally positive experience. Lives in the East Passyunk neighborhood.

I'm from South Philly and bought my house at the end of last year. I worked with Mary Griffith of Market Place Realty. She's a straight shooter and she won't show you something you can't afford. She was a buyer's agent representing me. She's from the neighborhood and she knows what she's talking about. If you still need an agent she's at 215-465-7835.
