Default Yes sir - across from Penrose Diner - thereabouts

The old Passyunk Homes Projects. Why did they (whoever they were) decide to tear it down? Weren't those houses dilapidated anyway? The past residents apparently are none too happy about losing that place. One of the residents (from reading a blog post on MySpace) thinks it was to create an all white neighborhood in that area (is there such a thing as an all white neighborhood anyway anymore?). Call me naive but that could not have been the sole reason... They needed to be torn down - even though the people that did occupy them apparently loved them.


At any rate the drawing looks nice - are there pictures of the actual homes?
