Well, there are a couple of massive oil refineries at the end of South Philly. They do make the stuff down there. And when the wind blows right, you do get a chemical smell, but it's usually down at the Southern end of the area.

I said the same thing last evening.

I spoke to one of our neighbors this morning and he told me his car leaked gasoline yesterday (he was totally unaware) and the fire dept. and police were on our block last night. I didn't hear a thing. I musta been in dreamland by then LOL.

So all is well again

I went out and got a gas cap that locks. That's pretty depressing. Next thing you know I'll have to get an alarm installed...
