I've even seen some of that stuff (mary janes, dum dums, lemonheads, boston baked beans, chicko sticks, bit o honeys) in candy aisles at CVS and different supermarkets. Alot of the mall candy stores have it too. It shouldn't be too hard to find. Not in S.Philly, but I was recently at the Cracker Barrel restaurant on Rt.1 by Neshaminy Mall, and they had an old-time candy section in the shop.

Definitely check out Chocolate by Mueller in Reading Terminal Market. They have some kitschy stuff like huge fireballs, candy cigarettes and more assorted goodies.
