I disagree. I see 5 for sale right now in South Philly, all around $200k and I didn't look very hard. They don't have elevators but then they're all on the first or second floor anyway.
I don't think 3rd & Reed is sketchy. Nor is 15th & Wolf. 22nd & Christian isn't all that bad either and is certainly improving month-to-month, year-to-year.
