Hate to say it but it's mostly the neighborhood peeps doing the ignorant, lazy arse thing with the trash...

Yeah, I know Merican. I don't understand why it's so hard to put the trash out in your back yard until the next trash collection day rolls around. For the life of me, I just don't get it.

Yeah... That's a totally different fume! I'm talking the mother towing along the kids, opens the cigarette pack and throws the wrapper right on the side walk. Then the kids in tow open their tastykake/ice cream and bam right on the sidewalk. The kicker is they live 5 doors down.... Arrgghhhh.......
