Williamsburg in Brooklyn got super nice, is it now part of Manhattan magically? PS- SWCC is below south street and is in South Philadelphia, sorry.

At this rate, 5 more year and Annie Hall is going to be taking her friends to the Phillies beautiful stadium in southern Center City.

PS- old, old school residents used to use market street as the dividing line between North and South Philadelphia, because, well thats where the streets change to either north or south.

PPS- East market street has a very different feel from the rest of center city, lets move it to north philly.

Not in New York, they don't! In the late '90s, NYC couldn't even get Hell's Kitchen residents to refer to their newly-gentrified, suddenly uber-cool 'hood as "Clinton West." Or even callling Avenue of the Americas anything but "Sixth Avenue."

I wasn't bashing Hawthorne, Lat12. We bid on a house at 12th and Fitwater two years ago, but the owner wouldn't come down from his original price.
