I just was told that a mother and daughter were attacked at wal-mart last week and that the cashiers were cheering the attackers,and wal-mart management said that the cameras were not working so that there was no film
I was also told that over a dozen students at our lady of mount carmel grade school were attacked by groups of teenagers over the past week.
its too late to try to get any "official" confirmation but has anyone heard anything??

I haven't heard anything about this and I am in walmart everyweek. My kids used to go to st. casimirs so I really don't hear anything up that way anymore, but I know a few parents who live up that way and come to abvm, so I will ask and let you know.

My oldes daughter goes to the Annex of OLMC and has been saying for the last several months that students are having issues with groups from the Taggart (sp?) school nearby. Maybe since the Annex has been sold we won't have to deal with it anymore.

Walmart only keeps those cameras around for anti-union purposes, and doesn't give up camera footage without a subpoena. Not for parking lot bumps, accidents, robberies, etc. Cameras are a liability and an added cost because people want the footage once something goes wrong.

Furthermore - No tape? come on. You can't buy a security package these days that doesn't use disk. It removes the possibility of workers forgetting to rotate tape!

That wal-mart is AWFUL. I'd rather drive 20 min to NJ than go to that store.

the only time I go here is 10am sunday , run in buy a load of cat litter and run out.

ha ha,great video... and Mel, I can't even stand to go in that store just for a minute, cat litter you need? Hit the Target, not a TON better, but deffinatly better!
