I'm in my early 30's but still remember many jewish named storefronts on south 7th street. South 7th is pretty 'diverse' .If in Barnes and Noble (mostly a photo book) but a great series locally: Jewish Communities of South Philadelphia http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...38549552&itm=1 My favorite south 7th street local in Jewish history: EDDIE FISHER. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eddie_Fisher_%28singe r%29 Last edited by UglyandProud7 : 02-20-2008 at 01:01 PM.
