La Stanza on 20th and Oregon they do have parking and they usually rent the upstairs out for parties...however the steps may be an issue for you since it is a 90th but they will probably rent the downstairs out and if i remember correctly it is like 23 pp+ tax and grat. for salad, pasta, entree and dessert...

Parking is not an issue since everyone will be staying in CC and can take cabs down to South Philly or wherever I land up finding space.

St. Marons also rents out their hall on 10th & Ellsworth

I'd recommend Avalon String band club. Nice space, perfect for the number of people you have, and the caterer associated with the hall is very affordable and good. Avalon is on the corner of 2nd and Tasker.
