I am looking into buying a home on the 1700 block of Orianna St (in between 4th and Myomensing and Morris/Moore). I was wondering if anyone knew of indoor parking or even some kind of lot in that area? I just bought a new car and wanted to keep it off the street if possible. Thanks.

As far as I know, there are no pay lots in the area, nor are there any indoor garages. Just street parking.

To keep it very close, you'd have to look for a private garage that rents out, try the S. Philly Review which is the weekly newspaper distributed on Thursdays. If you would prefer a larger lot, you need to go a little north where I believe most of them begin on South (11th above Superfresh and 10th over Wholefoods) and many more north of South as well. Welcome to S. Philly!
P.S. if you don't drive often or very long distances, check into the Philly Car Share Program, a great way to "go green" & save on car owning expenses.

Sorry, no parking that I know of, but there's always lots of spaces on the 1700 block of 4th, my block. I do car share, so I don't mind!
