8th and Federal Victor looks like a thinner version of Newman from Seinfeld. He is missing some teeth and is often muttering to himself. Usually if you don't say hi back or aknowledge him, you are safe. If you enter his little world, all bets are off. He has yelled obscene things at me on more than one occasion (ie "I want to f my sister", "He thinks I slept with his fiance"- this was said while waving a condom at my window while I was in my car, the list goes on.). He lives in the house two or three doors south of federal on the west side of 8th. Avoid eye contact and walk on the other side of the street.
7th and Federal Vic lives on the 700 block of Federal and is a sweetheart. The there is a different man with ill-fitting shoes who is usually asleep on a stoop across from Pat's. The other day he was asleep under the Acme sign. He doesn't say much- 8th and Federal Victor is the scary one. |

His name is Victor? Yeah, I've had a couple of run-ins with him, but now give him a wide berth.
Charming fellow. Told me he had a gift certificate to have a certain sex act performed on him by young women (using slightly saltier language). |

Really? Where did he go? That house being put on the market is HUGE progress. I'll limit what I write on a message board, but I will say that I'll feel far less threatened in my own neighborhood with all signs of that family completely gone. |

Does anyone know anything about that abandoned looking property at the corner of 8th and Manton (the one with the white blinds hanging askew)? It would be nice if that place could be redeveloped and occupied by an actual family, though it might take a fair amount of money to fix it up from the looks of things.
