I used Big John's junk removal. I got his contact info out of the review. They were much cheaper than any other estimates I got, were here on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Imgaine that!

Wanted to give this a bump. I have a property that needs a clean out. There is a bunch of furniture and appliances among other regular trash that has to be removed. Imagine someone just moving out and not taking any of there stuff with them, that is the situation. There is a vintage fridge and stove in the basement and there are a few things probably worth some decent $, no treasures necessarily. Any recs. on a reasonable clean out person. Preferably one who would take the items of value in consideration when giving me a quote, where they may lower the price somewhat to keep some of the furniture and what not. Grazie.

I used 1-888-51-TRASH (Junk-Out, LLC) and they were on time, within budget estimate provided over the phone and provided courteous, polite workmanship and when they were done it looked as if nothing had ever been there in the first place. And the price was about 20% cheaper than the national franchise junk removal company.
