no, peopel in pennsport can't wrap their mind around two places existing at the same time serving good gelato and even having different approaches too business. what? not in south philly? can't be good. for the record, it's $4.25 for a small. expensive, yes. geez, step down from your high horses. the argument wasn't that one was better than the other, but that they were different. while capegiro took the approach of creative flavors, I have been under the impression that caffe carmen offers more traditional gelatos. both good, but different. south philly misrepresent! oh wait, it's necesary to knock anything not in south philly isn't it? or is that requisite philadelphia provincialism.
