It's one of the best restaurants I've been to in Philly.

Nam Phuong is the best all-around Vietnamese restaurant in the city. For Pho, I like Pho '75 at 11th and Washington. There is a pretty good Hot Pot place, next door to the Hello Cafe in the shopping center on 6th and Washington.
