I'm looking to build a concrete/cinderblock wall, 6' tall by 30' long, between my property and my neighbor's in my back yard. Does anybody know how I go about figuring out building codes, getting a permit, and so forth? I'm okay insofar as the actual construction is concerned - just a little befuddled about applications and the preliminary paperwork. Any help would be appreciated!
