• 1700 Catharine Street (scheduled SOSNA Zoning mtg-11/16/05)

• 1831 Catharine Street (scheduled SOSNA Zoning mtg-11/16/05)
• 922-24 S. 16th Street (postponed 10/19/05 never rescheduled) (I think this is the one that residents were concerned about in the past which would change the use from residential to commercial, the developer did not appear before the community as scheduled)

ahb,

thanks for the info. i have a particular interest in the 922-24 s. 16th st. proposal. can you explain to me the difference between SOSNA zoning meetings and the meetings at Arch Street? is this a sneaky way to avoid community opposition? in order to go to the meeting on the 16th, i will have to take a half day from work. is it worth it? does the opposition of one resident make a difference? thanks.
