Is it still under warranty? Even if it isn't, I would still take it to the dealership.
If you don't want to go to dealership, take it to PepBoys 24th & passyunk

If you need body work, I recommend Auto Show in South Philly. It's near the Acme. I think it's on Reed St.
For mechanical work, I recommend Evan's Gulf at 11th and Spring Garden. We've used both places and were satisfied. Have used Evan's for years, Auto Show about three times in the past year (people kept hitting and/or scratching our parked car).

Auto Show on 10th and Reed is a good choice for body work--they did a great job with my car last year (got rear-ended)

I was just browsing by and saw this thread. Not sure if they have a location in S. Philly but Keenan Auto Body (I used the one at 45 and Market) has done excellent work. They have a few city locations.

I like Mid-City Tire on Washington just below Passyunk for mechanical stuff. I think they treat you right, and do a pretty good job, i.e. do what needs to be done and not what they can try and weasel outta you.

although pep boys doesnt do body work, there are 2 locations in south philly that do most mechanical work as well as parts. tires and accesories
