You are correct. Pierce and Peters are many blocks apart (8?). Just as different as 9th & Taksker and 13th & Ellsworth.

I just bought very close to 4th and Tasker. The neighborhood is great--I've had no problems, and the neighborhors are solid. Granted, 5th and Tasker still has some cleaning up to do, but it's still not that bad.

I agree with PhillySpruce--it just takes the right group of people in an area to start turning it around. It's already happening up and down Tasker (and all point north). 9th and Tasker is not a bad choice at all.
