Question parking in bella vista

I'm moving to Bella Vista but will be bringing a car not registered to the address (a loaner from Dad) so I won't be able to get a resident permit for it. Any ideas about where I might be able to lease a space near 9th and Fitzwater?

I think you can still get a sticker if you can establish a lease and a connection to the car. I have heard of people with long term leases with cars that are registered out-of-state doing that. Alternatively, the QVNA Queen Village Neighbors Association has some deal with a lot that is under I-95 and it gated. You pay them a small monthly fee and you get to park there. The parking entrance is right at Christian and Front I believe ..... This is not exactly very close but still its a reasonable distance from where you are .....

Now who actually owns the land under I-95 is another matter.

Alternatively, there are several city-owned free lots, one adjacent to the Saloon at 7th and Fitzwater and another near Passyunk and Washington Avenues. There is also free parking along Montrose Street which runs between 7th and 8th just south of Christian St.

Here is QVNA contact information:

Philadelphia Parking Authority Residental Parking Permit information: http://www.philapark.org/permits/res...al_permit.aspx

Additionally, some blocks have no limit, including the 800 block of Catharine Street and the 800 block of South 9th Street. As you get below Christian Street, there are fewer and fewer permit blocks.
