Default Anyone have a parking space for rent?

I am new to Queen Village, and I have to keep my out of state residency for one year while I am in Philadelphia. This is obviously causing a HUGE problem with parking, since I can't get a street permit. Does anyone have/know of a parking space for rent around 3rd and Catharine? I need it for one year, starting around June 8th. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.

qvna.org has parking you can rent. Not sure where it is I think it's like 70 a month. Check the site. There is a parking lot at 3rd and bainbridge, which you've seen...lesser known is the lot across the street, same side as the frame shop between bainbridge and monroe. I don't know if there is availability there however or what it costs. It's not just for people in that courtyard. I see my neighborgs parking there.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, I have late night hours, so walking back from the QVNA lot might be a bit difficult at times late in the evening/early morning. I am up for other suggestions, though.

Why would it be difficult? Where do you need a lot/space then? I don't think anyone will rent you their own personal spot if they have one btw. If you can afford a house with parking in QV you don't need to rent your spot out. I would email the QV nbhood association or stop by their office and ask them.
