REFLECTIONS OF A ROCK LOBSTER

I thought that the McDonald's building had major structural issues, and that is why it has been vacant for so long......

I never really liked that mural on MD's, now if anyone can locate the mildly creepy facade/signage from Bacchanal. I consider that one a loss.

I notice the for rent sign is not on the building. Does someone have an interest in it or was it just removed for the painting ?

You can't solve a problem with the same thinking that created the problem.

A phillyblog birdie told me that the former listing realtors have cancelled their contract with the landowner, so a new realtor is probably in the works. Not leased yet.

Between that & the disappearance of the giant dalmatian down the street, I've kind of lost two major landmarks in that area. It's very disorienting.

The giant Norge is also history.

You can now look for your beacon of light on that corner via the walgreen's sign.

UGH I see that ugly-ass red sign every time I step out on my balcony and look down the street. Talk about an eyesore.
