Please, if you're fortunate enough to have a deeded parking spot and always know where you can park, and in fact go so far as to protect that spot with a chain when you're not there, then by all means...PULL YOUR EFFING WEEDS!

Holy crap, these weeds are now three feet high. I would pull them myself, but I don't need some whiny baby fussing that I did some damage to their car (highly unlikely, but what do you expect for first world problems?) If I can yank weeds, so can you.

the outrage! the outrage! how could you care about something that is natural and green and isn't bothering anyone? is your life that simple ? don't you know that there are real life homeless people to worry about? and guns? and...and...and....dbags!

have you tried contacting the homeowner directly?

also, there's some guy on my block who keeps putting cones and other assorted detritus in the street in front of his house to save parking. how do i go about finding out if he actually owns the space or if he's just being a douchebag.

I don't think you can own the parking space in front of your house unless it's a marked handicapped space.

Just move the cones and park. If he complains, ask him to see the permit that allows him to put cones there.
