So you're thinking of leaving QV? Where to? I've been pondering the same thing when considering building new. I love the area, but I don't love the super restrictive QVNA. I have my eye on the rapidly developing Bainbridge corridor from about 6th - 9th. That area of Bella Vista offers all the benefits of QV without the crappy zoning.
