Fabulous. I lived there for 2 years. I still prefer 3rd and Catharine, but it's a minor difference.

The only "issue" is the dog park. If you have one of the houses that abuts the park, it can get smelly and noisy (barking, people calling their dogs, talking loudly, very early or very late).

Just moved a bit more north from Queen between 3rd and 4th. As others have said, it's fantastic.

Only downside is being so close to Riverview Homes on Christian... Weekends do tend to see some of the "riff raff" head up to Queen Village Pizza. I've never directly had a problem with anyone from that group of housing, but I'm much happier to be a few blocks north of it now...

Also something that's nice about the bottom of QV is that you are right next to free parking. This has come in handy so many times when having guests for a night or two!

2nd, Moyamensing, 3rd and 4th below Queen... Christian... (Some blocks have hour limits, but most in these area do not).

Between 3rd and 4th on Catherine, between 5th and 4th on Queen...

I lived at my 3rd/4th and Queen address for two years with no parking permit and had practically no parking headaches due to all of the free, unlimited (time-wise) parking around there.

I catch the bus there everyday. It's a nice block. I know a few people in/near that corner and they are all very nice.
