I think it is a conflict of interest to be a real estate developer or real estate agent and dictate to the rest of us what can be built in our neighborhood.
Big developers get what they want by breaking height variances and cell phone towers shoot up all over buildings. But when I needed a roof deck, I was shot down. When my neighbor wanted to take three inches from a breeze way, he was shot down. When a rival real estate agent wanted to build a home on a vacant piece of land, he was turned down. http://www.bvtw.org/bvtwNews.html After looking at this site, there's no wonder that something fishy is going on. Any thoughts on what we can do?
