Dog Poop
Does anyone have any idea who is responsible for the incredibly large dog poops that have been left recently in QV. In the last two weeks an obviously large dog has pooped on 5th Street between Catharine and Fitzwater, on Fitzwater between 5th and Passyunk and on Passyunk just south of Fitzwater. There is probably other places, but those are just the spots that I have seen. It is making a huge mess and takes forever for it “disappear.” The owner is obviously a real A-Hole. Just wondering if anybody has any idea as to who this jerk is?

I have to confess I have no owner but I do suffer from IBS and also sausage fingers as a side effect from my meds so I not only cant stop my bowels I can't pick it up. Sulks head sorry..... I am a female business owner on South St. and am embarrassed bye it all apologies.
