Random - But does anyone know where to buy tile pieces to create mosaics?

Thanks for any help!

Washington ave, west of broad has a number of tile and stone places. You may be able to see if they have some broken pieces or scraps of stone.

http://s248.photobucket.com/albums/g...t=IMG_6108.jpgIt took me 2 years to save enough tile to do the wall in my back yard. of course I was trying to find a lot of different stuff. I did make my rounds at the tile joints on Washington Ave. It was a lot of work doing it once I had the idea of what I wanted. Grouting is the real pain!

Just contact Isaiah Zagar, I'm sure he's got a piece or two lying around.

Pearl Art on South St.

Old flatware at thrift stores. Break them yourself or cut them with a tile cutter. But stay away from Corelle; you know how they say Corelle is unbreakable? It isn't. Not only will it break, it will completely pulverize with enough impact, leaving you with glass powder.
