This is messed up. Its been around for eons, only to get screwed up like this. I don't know who did it, but the construction guys working on the new homes nearby have been extremely careless towards bainbridge greens and the surrounding area. Anyone know what happened?

That IS messed up. Is it permanently damaged or just knocked off of its base? A real shame if its the former.

If I had to put money on it, I'd bet a motor vehicle of some kind was involved.

Hey, it's already ****ed up with that "OBEY" skater tag.

Probably some non-white, non-asian, non-hispanic, non-east indian, non-middle-eastern individual frustrated because he couldn't get an iPOD without actually paying for it.

It looks fixable. It seems pretty likely that it was knocked off its pedestal by a driver, maybe someone backing up.

Wow, that's terrible. I haven't walked by there in a few days. It looks like there was an accident and a car hit it since it has police tape around it. I hope they fix it soon and remove that stupid old and tired Obey tag.

That sucks but it can be fixed. The most important thing is that it should be stabilized now so no further damage occurs, and so no one gets hurt. The setting of the stone is nothing, but the plumbing is more complicated as the old pipes may need to be replaced. A few years back someone removed the trough on 3rd and Oregon and it never returned.

I mad some calls today and it seems that the fairmount park comm is responsible, but they were absolutely useless when I called. I'll try to figure something out this weekend and make more calls Monday.
