I noticed it as well today on my way home from work. Here is to hoping it is something worthwhile to bring to the neighborhood. Doubt if it is anything with a liquor license as the school is a mere step or two away.

It is going to be a mortgage/real estate place. The back half of the building was a mortgage company run by the grandson of the owner off the original store. He is expanding from just mortgages to both mortgages and real estate. Considering the market he must be a very optimistic man to be expanding...

Best of luck to him

Yes, and the appraisal office will stay too. Surprisingly as an existing business, they were able to get around the new zoning requirement that every new business in BV/QV sells coffee.

Ah, you are always good for a laugh, Mr. steco.

And I think "coffee shop envy" has gotten to you a little, too.

TY Mrs Junebug, I enjoy your posts too. I realize the coffee thing is getting a little tired, but its really out of my control.

By the time I signed up here to be a net kook all the good issues were taken.

Packers has pollution, bloosum has animal rights, cf hates cats, loves cheese, cerebus has the whole race baiting thing, Dog poop and bicycles on the sidewalk are pretty well covered too.

Just about the only thing left was cofeeshop envy. I'm just trying to make a medium mocha with whipped out of the lemons the mods gave me.
