Can anyone suggest a place in center city philly (or very near surrounding areas) that might sell kites?
I'd like to avoid going to Target unless I absolutely have to.
Thanks!

Try the hobby shop on the north side of market between third and fourth. I bought one there. Remember when there were hobby shops?

How long ago? Last time I went(about 6 mos. ago) they only had models, models, and more models. Now my employees are on a crazy modeling kick that has left me without drinking cronies on monday nights.
