I am so skank wasted right now, I'll confess- I'm a quasi neighbor and I know exactly what he's saying.

Bistro, tokyo, and even Kildare try to help- zotiots drink, smoke up, and snort (yes snort) on neighbors steps like its their right- which is bad enough...bring in Penn aholes who were banned from everywhere else and there's a problem.

You better never go into a restaurant then, as its more highly probable that some percentage of staff members in a city restaurant are attached to some form of recreational behavior. I've seen many forms of drugs from even the swankiest of places-never saw tech9's being pulled out at them, though.

Yes, neighbors have called for various reasons. Yes, its being dealt with. Yes, while places like Kildare's quickly solve any problem, Zot tends to flip their nose in the air as if they own Naudain, which they perceive as their personal alley, trashpit, and food storage area-if you ever want some bread and mussels just go behind zot in the morning and you can have an all-you-can-eat buffet of seafood that is sitting on the service steps since no one is around in the daytime to accept deliveries...yum!
