Center 12th & Carpenter, 7:30PM - 9:00 PM. The following cases will be heard:

11th & South Street - discussion of new sandwich shop on new corner retail space.

636 S. 12th Street - review of updated plans for renovations and creation of two
apartments above existing retail space (pawn shop)

Corner of 12th & Montrose - proposal for new deli / sandwich shop
