I don't think Moonstone is taking over the entire space.
If you look on the Fitzwater Street side of the building, you will see a PLCB liquor license application, IIRC in the name of the beer distributor, for an "Eating Place" liquor license. If I'm not mistaken, this category covers so-called "stop 'n' gos" -- convenience stores that sell sandwiches and beer to take out. I think the law requires these places to have some seating, but usually that seating is just for show, and eventually is done away with.

I assumed the license was for the new BV bottle-shop:
Bella Vista is already building a massive, new beer warehouse on 11th Street, where it’ll re-locate its operation in September or October. After it vacates its current facility, the plan is to convert part of the building into a bottle shop under a second liquor license. “The two businesses are separate, but they’ll complement each other,” Fetfatzes told me. “You’ll be able to try out a single bottle or, if you like it, walk across the street and buy an entire case.” http://joesixpack.net/blog/page/2 Quote:
