The truth is that I work out of town frequently and I hadn't given any of it much thought. Later I thought about some funny things she had said, her smile, and yes I do remember asking her if she would be working there every day and she said she would not. She said she was a teacher or professor or something.

You claim she was knowledgeable and fast? The owner had to show her how to warm food, and there was no need to be fast since no more than 6 people were in the room at the same time. You would of thought she worked there for 20 years and will be sorely missed. "Work out of town and hadn't given it much thought"? They've only been open for a couple of days, nutburger!

The QVNA zoning committee leaflets neighboring homes and or businesses near the address requesting a variance or outdoor seating. They listen to the neighbors who represent themselves at the hearing. It was the neighbors on Bainbridge street who objected to QVNA allowing outdoor seating at Ansil, so the committee sent a letter of opposition to the ZBA. The QVNA zoning committee listens to the neighbors who come to the hearing and support or oppose the variance. They are the ones who will be most affected by people eating and drinking outside their houses. If the neighbors near Ansil were insupport, the committe would have been also, but they were not.
