I realized that I haven't been to Tori's in a bit, so I walked over tonight. Obviously I was a minute too late.

The place appears deserted with wires hanging, all liquor and electronics removed, and graffiti already forming on a window. Went home and checked their website, and its shut down.

I really don't know any independent restaurant concept that could afford such a massive storefront these days. Either way, its a very big vacancy that probably won't be filled anytime soon.

Yeah, I think the move was a big mistake. We ate at the old one frequently, but I found the food not up to par at the new location. I also thought the place was simply way too big for them. They went from a place that was probably too small, to a place that was leap and bounds beyond what they needed.

Its a shame, I really enjoyed eating at the Bainbridge st location.

it was downhill for me when Bo didnt make the move to the new location!
