Well, my curb cut has "No Parking Anytime" signs bookending it. So yes, PPA is allowed and responsible to ticket anyone in that spot. There are no permits that allow the home owner to park in front. I'm grateful to have the signs there and the PPA to help keep the curb cut clear.

Understandable. Sorry for misunderstanding-although you obviously hit on a pet peeve I have about our neighborhood...hehehe

The problem is, how is PPA to know that it's "your" car? The attendant has no choice but to ticket the car. Additionally, they are not going to clog the system by saying "if you get a ticket and can prove its your address, we'll remove it". The law protects the garage owner's rights-otherwise, PPA would have to let anyone park in front of a person's garage.
