Our roof is normally very solid but will leak in very heavy rain (it's leaked twice in the year and a half we've been there). Our current roofer (who was hired by the previous owners and shall remain nameless) says the problem is the siding on our roof deck (not the roof) and that he won't/can't do anything. Grrr.

I'm looking for a general contractor who can confirm and/or fix the source of the leak, as well as fix a mild amount of wall water damage and deal with any possible mold growth in what will become our future nursery (this is the only room in the house that has been obviously affected by this leak).

Can anybody in the neighborhood recommend somebody?
