I have been to Cafe Fulya a few times now since the "no dogs allowed" posting went up. They do great omeletes and I am loving the Turkish tea (there are other types, too). But my absolute favorite item is the banana/coconut cake. A good addition to the neighborhood.

I've been going down again since their announcement and it is a million times more pleasant without the dogs. The family is very nice, and the food is good. I really like their turkish breakfast plate.
