I'd love to know about this, too. I saw a couple of guys working in there with the door open a few days ago. I've always had a weird thing for that building. Actually, I'm a sucker for old corner store spaces. Especially ones that still have the signs.

I looked closer at it the other night and the permit is new. If I see anyone in there I'll pop my head in and ask. What a great spot to open something!
Also, I noticed the coffee shop closed at 10th & Carpenter. Too bad, looked like a neat place - I don't drink coffee, so I never went there, but it looked like a great neighborhood place for those who do. |

No, thats the nw corner. They're talking about the closed grocery store on the se corner between 10th and Delhi.
There's a mtg broker in the other half of the building, his grandfather owned the grocery store. They would be the ones to ask what's happening. |
