What is "normal" rent?
I've been looking at a lot of ads for two bedroom house rentals in the area. I've seen everything ranging from the $700s to the $1100s. I know Philly is cheaper, however, coming from New York, I'm having a really hard time with this!!!! How much is the average rent for a nice two bedroom house rental? What should I stay away from? What should I go with? Please help!!

wow, a 2 br in the 700's?! where did you see that? i'd say $1,000/mo minimum as well. my boyfriend and i initially looked for 2 BRs but could not find one afforable in the area so went for a 1 BR, and that's still $775.
