Or what about the crazy house at 119 Catharine Street owned (I think) by the Desimone's of car dealing fame?

Or the cool house, but extraordinarily massive house, at 11-121 Queen owned by Stephen Nicastro. Who is this guy?

Will anyone want to pay $6 million for a place with one bedroom? Sure they can reconfigure the inside, but that's even more money. You can get huge apartments on Rittenhouse Square for half that.
This one??

You can spot the clock house by standing in the parking lot of the Rite-Aid and looking southwest. It's pale grey with colorful tile insets, and they do have a lot of plants out front. I never knew it was built in the '80s; I just assumed it was older. What a fantastic job of building to fit the existing neighborhood's style.
