Anyone know what's going on the corner property of S Broad and Lombard, I believe there used to be a Chinese restaurant. Is the restaurant being renovated?

No... the restaurant closed way before the renovations started - the entire property is gutted and me thinks its gonna be condos ... but thats just an assumption, knowing that it was designed for multi-unit residential living before...

Just noticed that they took all of the scaffolding down this week. The building still looks like it is a l-o-n-g way from completion. I wonder if they are running out of money. There has been little work going on at the site for the past month. Half of the building has no roof. Not good.
