The 200 block is better than the 300 block. Only because you are 1 block further from the 400 block.

The 422 Greenwich near Dickenson??? Yes. You should take a ride around the area of 5th and Dickenson its a bit hairy.

The areas you are looking at are definitely outside the QV/BV boundaries, and you may get more insightful replies if you instead post in SP.

Both blocks of Tree... good... 4th and greenwich\dickinson... ehhh... I'd have to say I'd hold off on that one... bit shady around there. I grew up on 9th and Greenwich, really nice block, but that is of course 5 blocks further up (and right near Genos though)

What is your budget There are still homes at or under 200k near 12&tasker.
