I'm sure Shosh's points cover it. To me, in addition to various specific points about the program, the fact that so many in the neighborhood didn't receive adequate notice is reason enough that it should not become law.

For the record, I dropped off my objection to the clerk of council today. According to the girl who took it, stamped and initialed it and copied it for me....they have had several people bring them letters personally, and have been receiving others through the mail for the last week or so. Hopefully it is a substantial number.

Don't know when this bill will move to full council, but regular full council meetings are always on Thursdays (I think they may recess for part of the Summer.)
