I passed by this site a couple days ago when I was moving my stuff. It is literally like night and day. So much sunshine and light where that horrible shell was literally a cloud of gloom over that block. Glad to see that mess gone.

Now that we have a nice clean lot, any ideas on what's to come; what is the developer doing on the lot

They planted some grass with straw spread over it and built a new fence around the lot. It seems that development on something bigger and better is not getting underway immediately at least. Or maybe the city made them do that?
