Anyone know what's going there? At one point, the word was Cochon was, but that's on 5th and Bainbridge.

Coquette is at 5th and Bainbridge.

My very recent understanding is the former Sud will be a French restaurant.

Cochon is going to open where cafe sud was. I believe a Sept 21st opening is planed.

Two more restaurants for Bella Vista. La Golosa is taking the former home of Dessert on 6th Street and French BYO, Cochon is aiming for a September 21st opening.
