Looks like they've gutted the church on the 1200 block of Christian. They just put up fencing to begin construction and by the zoning notices, it appears they're building 3 units there. Does anyone know if these are going to be PHA, Middle of the Road or High End?

Saw a few details (no renderings to share, unfortunately) 'cause developer went through HEC and ZBA - units will be nice. Not the Ritz, but definitely private, free market and I'm sure the word 'luxury' will appear somewhere in the marketing material....
