The concensus of people I have talked to about it, is that the views and balconies are nice. The issues are usually the price, the finishes (not up to par with the prices) and the location. As for the "location", much like Pier 3 and Pier 5, you are right on the water, but Columbus blvd makes it seem really isolated from the rest of the city....mostly due to I-95. If that doesn't bother you, the building is right on the edge of Queen Village, South Street, Old City, etc.....just a short walk over the South Street Bridge or across Columbus at Dock St.
Oh, and alot of people think the building itself is ugly and belongs in south Florida.
