The 10th/Catharine corner is a fabulous location. The immediate area 10th down to 7th and between Bain and Washington is moving in a very positive direction. You're close to everything, yet it's still a quite and "neighborhoody" location. Sign the lease without delay, and enjoy.

"Moving in a very positive direction?" If anyone thinks that neighborhood is still remotely questionable, you probably shouldn't be living in the city. It's basically a redundant question. 11th is great too.
12th and 13th are now "Moving in a very positive direction." (Contrary to what people outside this neighborhood think).
PS - I recently saw someone moving into the the Plumer advertised luxe town homes at Bainbridge and 13th! I hope the others sell quickly.

A great location. I think the area from bainbridge to christian and 7th to 10th is the ideal place to live in the city. safe to walk whenever you want, very close to everything you need, and very friendly neighbors.
